Printshop.tv, also known as printshop.tv, provides promotional products, custom printing and graphics-related services. printshop.tv current product list contains the following items: Catalogs, Posters, Brochures, Flyers, Postcards, Business Cards, Web Design and Promotional Products.

Printshop.tv reserves the right to modify its product offering and pricing at will and with no notice.

Copyright Release
With the use of the printshop.tv website and of the printshop.tv custom print service and promotional products, the Customer acknowledges that the Customer is the legal owner and/or licensee of all submitted artwork to printshop.tv and relinquishes printshop.tv of any legal liability related to copyright violation and/or infringement. The customer assumes sole responsibility and liability of all submitted artwork to printshop.tv.

Color Accuracy
Printshop.tv is a gang run printer. This means jobs are printed on a large sheet with many other jobs. We will reproduce color from submitted transparencies/slides, photos, or digital layouts as closely as possible, but cannot exactly match color and density because of limitations in the printing process, as well as neighboring image ink requirements. The accuracy of each color reproduction is guaranteed to be within 90-95%. We accept no responsibility for color variations between submitted images and the actual artwork or product they represent.

Promotional Usage
Use of the printshop.tv website and of the printshop.tv custom print service grants printshop.tv the right to use any printshop.tv produced material and printed product, in part or in whole, for promotional purposes in Internet, Electronic, Audio, and Printed Media, as it is related to printshop.tv, the printshop.tv website, and the printshop.tv custom print service.

If you do not wish to have your printed product featured, inform printshop.tv in writing by sending a detailed letter to printshop.tv. P.O. Box 88903, Los Angeles, CA 90009.

Artwork Proofs
Printshop.tv requires the customer to approve a proof generated by printshop.tv from the customer's artwork submission in order to commence print production of the customer's custom print order.

Please note that the JPEG or PDF proofs are generated for the customer to verify and approve the layout, content, and text of their artwork. The JPEG or PDF proofs do not guarantee accurate color representation and color match of the customer's artwork. If an accurate color match is required from the customer, printshop.tv requires the purchase and the signed approval of a hardproof (color calibrated digital proof).

Refund and Return Policy
All Print products contracted to and manufactured by printshop.tv are high-quality, customized products. Therefore, printshop.tv can not restock or reuse any print order and it related material, including but not limited to film, proof, inks, press plates, and used paper. By the act of the customer's order confirmation and proof approval, the customer formally instructs printshop.tv to proceed and complete print production of the customer's order. Once proof approval and print production commences, printshop.tv can not cancel the order and can not provide a refund. In addition, the customer acknowledges shipment receipt of the approved print order and can not refuse receipt of shipment. In addition, the Customer can not refuse payment of print services if client has approved their artwork proof and confirmed the order. If it is discovered that printshop.tv has committed an error in the customer's order, printshop.tv, upon its descretion, will reprint and ship the order at printshop.tv expense.
